Return Policy

All sales are final. No exchanges. If you received a damaged good, defect, or the wrong size/item, you must notify us within 5 business days of receiving your order and we will grant you a refund. Shipping costs are not refundable. Please email us at hello@violachip.com — provide your order number, the name on your order, and photos of the damaged items. This will take up to 14 business days to process.

Shipping Policy

We will fulfill your order within 24-48 hours of purchase date and ship out orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).

Shipment is through USPS and your product should arrive within 5-7 business days. Rates will be determined by the delivery’s final destination and calculated at checkout.

We do not take responsibility for lost packages and should be taken up with the postal service.
